We are a dedicated team that is in business to service one thing...the customers we support.
We all work closely together and have a family based work ethic.
We feel the key to business success is to be found in the relationship you make along the way.
Our Staff
Neil Beeston,
Managing Director of FASC Ltd and founder of ithinkIT, Neil moved through the ranks at Celestica and concluded his ‘employed’ career at Dell Computers. Responding to an entrepreneurial yearning to run his own enterprise, Neil formed FASC Ltd in 2006 and in just three years this self starter has moved the company from strength to strength, expanding from the original three employees in a small start up unit to a nine-strong team in a showcase facility in Hortonwood.
Terry Roberts
Our R&D Engineer has worked for some of the major IT manufacturers in the Americas and in the UK; Jabil Circuit in Florida as well as IBM and Celestica in the UK to name a few. An interesting character with an opinion on everything whether in his field of expertise or life in general.
Daniel Barker
Senior Diagnostic Engineer also came to us with a wealth of experience diagnosing and repairing IBM and Dell product, a quiet and reserved character with huge technical ability, but also a penchant for for white water kayaking and scuba diving.
Simon Daniel
Senior Technician previously worked for Hewlett Packard and then another service company based in Telford called Info Team, working on a wide range of products from Sharp LCD TV’s through to Acer Laptops.
Oliver Dearlove
The only member of the team who did not originate from Celestica; Oliver cut his teeth in the education sector, and played a pivotal part in an IT support team at a Wolverhampton Secondary school. He is a Computer Science Graduate and a Microsoft Certified Professional. He not only manages our internal network but works with businesses to implement and support their own systems.
Chrys Anin-Mensah
Our Logistics Controller, a quiet man who hides a light under a bushel, developed his own database for the booking in and traceability of inventory into and out of the factory, he looks after stock movement and co-ordinates all of the couriers.
Anne Price
Office Manager and Senior Buyer with similar experience of working for the likes of Celestica, Tatung and Enta Technology, an expert buyer and the toughest negotiator we have ever met.
Peter Inwood
A Health and Safety and Business Management systems Implementer, He has over 30 years of experience in the electronics industry.
David Hughes
Dave is our Business Development Manager; he is always hot on the trail of a new business opportunity. Worked for over 12 years at Celestica and rose to programme Management level looking after the Sun Microsystems Line.
